How Framtidsallians Ekonomisk Förening processes personal data.

1. What data we process

Membership application

  • Name, personal identity number, address, phone, email, profession and citizenship.
  • Interests, experience and motivation that you write yourself.
  • Consent to this policy (version and time).

Members

  • Contact details, member number, role, payments and invoices.
  • Event registrations, meeting attendance, signatures on minutes and information you add yourself.
  • Technical data such as IP address and logins for security.

Visitors who submit website forms

  • IP address, country (if available), browser type, time and outcome, to detect and block spam and abuse. Kept for 6 months.

2. Why and on what legal basis

  • Handle your membership application and administer membership (contract).
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping, which we must keep for seven years by law (legal obligation).
  • General meetings, minutes and board work (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
  • Security and prevention of misuse (legitimate interest).

3. Personal identity number

The personal identity number is used only to identify members. It is stored encrypted and shown masked. Only authorised administrators can reveal it, and every viewing is logged.

4. Who can see the data

The data is available to the board and administrators as far as their duties require. Invoice amounts and member lists are shown only to the president, secretary, treasurer, membership responsible and others the board has specifically designated. We never sell data. Providers that run the website and email process data on our behalf.

5. How long we keep data

  • Rejected applications: 3 months.
  • Members who have left: 3 months, after which personal data is erased.
  • Invoices and records: 7 years under the Bookkeeping Act.
  • Active members: for as long as membership lasts.

6. Your rights

  • Access your data and download it.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure once you have left.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

7. Cookies

The portal only uses necessary cookies for login and security. We use no cookies for advertising or tracking.
